Stormwater Management Project

The project consisted of Site Design, Hydraulic Calculations and Grading to accommodate a stormwater management system that would be functional and compliment the general aesthetics and landscaping for a 150,000 SF commercial Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The general purpose of the design was for run-off control into a tributary of the New York City Reservoir System.  Engineering services were provided for the project as follows:

• Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP)

• Bidding Assistance  

• Coordination with Village, County, DEC, ACOE, NYCDEP

• Design of Site Utilities

• Final Site Design and Specifications
