$ for the library

Times Journal
January 22, 2003

Mike Harrington, president and principal engineer of Lamont Engineering located in Cobleskill, presented Schoharie library board member Carl Stefanik with a check for $2,000 to be used towards the library's capital improvement project. Earlier this month Library Board President Meg Berdan along with Treasurer Margaret Carballeira were also on hand to thank Lamont Engineering for their generous support.

"Lamont Engineers has been fortunate to be able to work on projects with the Village and Town of Schoharie for nearly 10 years. Contributing to this great project is one way in which we can give back to the community," said Mr. Harrington.

The library plans an open house in March so that the community and business supporters may see how their generous contributions have brought this project so far along.
