Village of Cooperstown

Street Rehabilitation Project    

 

 

          National Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown, New York

 

This project consists of the reconstruction of 2,200 feet of Main Street From Pine Boulevard to River Street and is currently under construction.  The Following Engineering services are being provided:  

 

  • Preliminary Engineer’s Study                 

  • Final Design and Specifications           

  • Bidding Assistance

  • Construction Administration

  • Construction Observation Support  

The major components of the project are expected to include the following:

 

 

  • Cold milling 12,960 square yards of existing pavement and complete asphalt concrete pavement replacement

  • Selective curb and sidewalk replacement

  • Replacement of: 

    • 2,020 feet of 12, 18, and 24-inch storm sewer

    • 23 catch basins, 8 storm manholes 

    • 1,185 of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 9 sanitary manholes, and 32 services with 775 feet of service pipe 

    • 75 feet of  8-inch water main, 10 gate valves, and 5 hydrants
